Advanced or metastatic NSCLC is the most common type of lung cancer, and it affects hundreds of thousands of people around the world each year. Many people with advanced or metastatic NSCLC have already received other treatments, but sometimes the cancer can come back or keep growing, the CONEXIO-LC1 clinical research study is currently underway to investigate potential treatments. Consider the CONEXIO-LC1 as an opportunity for your patients with advanced or metastatic NSCLC to access emerging treatments.
CONEXIO-LC1 is a phase 2 clinical study for adults with advanced or metastatic NSCLC. This study is evaluating if investigational treatments can help people with advanced or metastatic NSCLC whose cancer has come back or kept growing after other treatments. This study is also looking at how safe these treatments are and how well they are tolerated.
CONEXIO-LC1 will last as long as participants are benefiting from the study treatment or until the study ends. Over the course of the study, the study treatments will be administered as IV infusion.
Qualified participants may be reimbursed for travel to and from study visits. Medical care related to their participation, including the study treatment, will be provided at no cost.
How can you help?
CONEXIO-LC1 is enrolling approximately 300 people with advanced or metastatic NSCLC worldwide. The success of CONEXIO-LC1 depends on physicians referring potential study participants. Your patients may be eligible if they are:
- 18 years of age or older
- Have been diagnosed with advanced or metastatic NSCLC
- Have already received standard treatments for advanced or metastatic NSCLC
Please note: Other protocol-defined inclusion/exclusion criteria apply.
The study team will check your patient’s full medical history to see if they meet all inclusion criteria and none of the exclusion criteria. Diversity in clinical studies is critical to developing better treatments – help ensure that your patients are represented.
If you have potentially eligible and interested patients, empower them with options and discuss the CONEXIO-LC1 study. You may also contact the nearest study site to refer them.
This clinical trial will use an investigational treatment(s), the safety and efficacy of which has not been fully evaluated by Regulatory Authorities.
